Typically, promoting hygiene in emergency situations involves distributing hygiene kits or educating people about disease transmission. Scientific evidence shows that these approaches alone are not enough to change handwashing habits.

The Wash'Em process involves using 5 rapid assessment tools to understand habits. You will then enter the findings into the Wash'Em software, which will provide you with customized program recommendations. This course teaches you how to implement the process with a team.
