This one-month blended training combines intensive classroom learning, practical exercises, and community-based field practice to build participants’ knowledge and skills in WASH behavior change. Participants will strengthen their facilitation and community engagement skills, gain hands-on experience implementing WASH activities, and receive coaching and technical support from ENPHO trainers. Upon completion, they will be better equipped to promote and sustain positive WASH behaviors within their communities.
