The Wash’Em process involves using 5 rapid assessment tools to understand behaviour. Then you enter your findings into the Wash’Em software to give you tailored program recommendations.
This course teaches you how to implement the process with your team. Practice using the Wash'Em tools, discuss challenges and engage in meaningful discussions about the Wash'Em process with peers from around the world. Analyze a realistic case study for hands-on Wash'Em experience.
