A critical component in our journey has been conducting research to build evidence and the case for Wash’Em. We have carried out a process evaluation in Zimbabwe with Action Contre la Faim (ACF), and Africa-AHEAD, conducted nearly 30 interviews with humanitarian staff to appreciate their Wash’Em user experience and we have examined the link between mental health and handwashing in humanitarian crises. All of these research insights have been instrumental and informed the revision of Wash’Em (v2).
Join us as we present the findings from our latest research and the tools available to evaluate hand hygiene programs.
