Attention needed

Registration for this course by invitation only.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to use education theory to design a participatory WASH training program for a specific target audience. Throughout the week, participants will apply instructional design practices to co-create a training workshop on the topic of Climate Change and WASH.

Using the ADDIE model (Analyze, Develop, Design, Implement, and Evaluate) for curriculum design, participants identify what the audience needs to know and do to achieve the workshop's anticipated results. They will identify learning outcomes, design participatory lesson activities, and will incorporate strategies to assess learning. Participants will structure the training's flow and consider how to evaluate the results. Through the process, they will learn about different educational theories.
